Salary: £65,000 - £72,000 CACT/DYI

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Charlton Athletic Community Trust’s (CACT’s) Executive Team as Director of Youth and Inclusion.  The successful candidate will develop CACT’s strategic direction and will have direct responsibility for the Trust’s Youth Services, Social Action & Enterprise, Early Help & Prevention and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programmes.

S/he will work closely with the rest of the executive team and be responsible for the growth of the Trust, and for bringing vision, inspiration and leadership, including raising funds. This role offers a unique challenge for an individual with a genuine passion for youth and community development, and the power of sport.
