Since 2012, CACT has been commissioned to run the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s Youth Service (Young Greenwich), offering a wide and varied range of activities for 11-19 year olds (or up to 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
This Marketing and Press Officer role will take full responsibility for the digital elements of the service, including its new website and app.
This role is to create and raise the profile of the Young Greenwich (YG) brand through the delivery of a range of initiatives including communications, production of printed materials, digital marketing, PR and promotional activity. This includes implementing marketing and communication strategies, developing creative content and ensuring that all YG information is effectively communicated to 11-19 (or up to 25 with SEND) year olds in the area.
You will then further assist in the marketing and communications of CACT’s broader work, lifting its award winning profile to a wider audience. Working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will have input into certain marketing activity to help deliver plans and strategies to a tight deadline.
The suitable candidates will be educated to a degree level or equivalent and have at least 2-3 years experience in Marketing and Communications.
