Paul Dunn MBE currently works for Empowering Communities. A not for profit social enterprise, which creates and delivers cloud based IT and social action networks that have a positive impact on people’s lives.
Previously, Paul was the lead advisor for the Metropolitan Police on Anti-social Behaviour (ASB), he chaired the London ASB Advisory Service and was the Programme manager for the London ASB Board. For seven years he chaired the London ASB Manager’s Group and was an expert practitioner for the government. He has been instrumental in promoting the need to address Community issues through a problem-solving approach over many years and headed a delegation including the CEO of CACT to advise the South Australian Government on improving behaviour and opportunities through sport and other interventions. Paul was awarded public servant of the year for his innovative ways of working and enjoys nothing more than introducing organisations across the country to the amazing work of CACT.
