Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) is looking to hire highly motivated staff to join its National Citizen Service (NCS) team for summer 2019.
NCS is a four-week summer programme for 15 to 17-year-olds which combines personal and team challenges.
CACT is looking for staff who are enthusiastic and will encourage the young people to get the best out of their experience.
One role CACT is looking for is a Youth Mentor. The Youth Mentor will encourage, motivate and inspire their team. This candidate will be confident and engaging whilst leading their team by example.
The Assistant Youth Mentor will be confident, flexible and supportive to team members and staff.
CACT is also looking to hire an NCS Cohort Lead. This role involves working with a team of Youth Mentors and Assistant Youth Mentors. Cohort Leads will be responsible for overseeing the NCS experience for roughly 60-75 young people.
CACT will provide training and support to help all candidates excel in their roles.
